What do you like best about Procore?

What I like most about Procore is that it provides a centralised platform for managing construction projects. It makes it much easier to access project information, drawings, specifications, correspondence, and other documentation all in one place. Being able to track RFIs, submittals, variations, and approvals also improves coordination across project teams, while helping to maintain transparency and accountability throughout the entire project lifecycle. What do you dislike about Procore?

Some aspects of Procore could be improved to enhance usability and efficiency. At times, the platform can feel overwhelming because of the sheer number of features and the navigation steps needed to complete certain tasks. Finding specific documents or information isn’t always as intuitive as it could be, and occasional loading delays can impact productivity. There is also room to improve flexibility around reporting, workflow customisation, and integration with other software such as Excel and cost management systems. What problems is Procore solving and how is that benefiting you?

Procore helps address common construction project challenges such as fragmented project information, communication gaps, and inefficient document management. Having drawings, specifications, RFIs, variations, approvals, and correspondence centralised in one platform makes it much easier to find accurate, up-to-date information when I need it. For me, it improves coordination across project teams, streamlines procurement as well as contract administration, and reduces the need for manual follow-ups, which saves time.
