I find ProcessUnity TPRM Platform to be a highly configurable SaaS tool with an intuitive UI that allows a savvy business user to administer the tool without IT intervention. This configurability supports rapid adaptation to regulatory changes or business needs. I appreciate the configuration change management tool that enables us to make and test changes in a test environment before deploying them to production. The tool has native import/export functionality as well as an open API to make integrating with other systems easy. ProcessUnity recently released AI functionality, which will speed review time for our Information Security team. ProcessUnity has a high quality support team with quick response times and a wealth of knowledge of the tool. In the 7 years I've been using the tool we have experienced only two service interruptions, both lasting less than 4 hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Vendor contact management can be a challenge. Specifically running a report to extract the contacts can be a problem when there are multiple contacts for a single vendor. Additionally, ProcessUnity has made it clear that while there is some basic contract management (user access restrictions, date tracking, manual clause tracking) it is not a CLM tool and I have seen no advancement in this area in the past 5 years. ProcessUnity uses an a la cart pricing model for some of its features, which has its benefits but can also feel like being "nickel and dimed". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
