## ProcessUnity TPRM Platform Reviews
  ### 1. ProcessUnity Delivers Consistent, Auditable Third-Party Risk Governance at Scale

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ana Paula M. | Program Manager, Vendor Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about ProcessUnity TPRM Platform?**

What I like best about ProcessUnity is its ability to enforce consistency and governance across the entire third-party risk lifecycle. The platform supports clear ownership, standardized workflows, and auditable decision-making, which is critical for managing vendor risk at scale.

The configurability of the system allows the program to align with regulatory guidance and internal policy while preservice segregating of duties and control integrity. Equally important, the reporting and dashboards provide transparency for senior management, Internal Audit, and regulators without requiring manual workaround.

**What do you dislike about ProcessUnity TPRM Platform?**

As with any highly configurable enterprise platform, configuration changes require careful planning and coordination to avoid unintended downstream impacts. This can sometimes slow implementation when updates are needed quickly.

Additionally, advanced reporting and dashboard customization may require specialized expertise, which can limit self-service capabilities for some users and increase reliance on administrators or vendor support.

Therse are typical tradeoffs for a platform designed to support complex governance and regulatory requirements.

**What problems is ProcessUnity TPRM Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ProcessUnity solves the challenge of managing third-party risk in a consistent, controlled, and auditable manner across the full vendor lifecycle. Without a centralized platform, risk assessments, approvals, and documentation are often fragmented across email, spreadsheets, and shared drives, creating gaps in oversight and audit exposure.

For me, this translates into stronger program governance, reduced manual effort, and confidence that vendor risk decisions are documented, traceable, and consistently applied.

  ### 2. Highly Configurable TPRM with Automation, Strong Reporting, and Great Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gaurav Y. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ProcessUnity TPRM Platform?**

high degree of customization and automation, enabling tailored, efficient workflows for complex third-party risk management (TPRM) programs, alongside its user-friendly interface, robust reporting, and valuable integrations like the Global Risk Exchange for streamlined data and proactive risk mitigation across the entire risk lifecycle.

**What do you dislike about ProcessUnity TPRM Platform?**

Users tend to dislike ProcessUnity's TPRM Platform mainly because of poor performance, including slow loading and timeouts. They also point to limited Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) capabilities and a steep learning curve for both admins and end users. This is especially true when configurations become complex, which can create frustration for third parties as well as internal teams. Even so, the platform is still seen as strongly configurable for the core risk function.

**What problems is ProcessUnity TPRM Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ProcessUnity TPRM Platform solves the problem of manual, spreadsheet-based vendor risk management by providing an automated, configurable platform that streamlines onboarding, accelerates assessments, and enables continuous monitoring. It reduces vendor assessment backlogs, ensures compliance, and offers superior visibility into third-party ecosystems, saving significant time and reducing operational risk.

  ### 3. State-of-the-Art Platform for Robust Vendor Risk Security Assessments

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about ProcessUnity TPRM Platform?**

It is a state of the art platform that integrates our Business with Vendor contacts to perform a robust vendor risk security assessment

**What do you dislike about ProcessUnity TPRM Platform?**

We would like to have additional report templates for management decision making

**What problems is ProcessUnity TPRM Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our Vendor Risk Management Program, powered by ProcessUnity, delivers a streamlined, end‑to‑end approach for evaluating, onboarding, and monitoring third‑party vendors. The platform centralizes all assessments, evidence, and risk decisions in one place, giving our teams clear visibility into vendor cybersecurity posture and compliance obligations. Automated workflows ensure timely reviews, standardized questionnaires, and consistent scoring, while dashboards provide real‑time insight into risks across the vendor lifecycle. With ProcessUnity, we maintain a proactive, scalable, and audit‑ready program that strengthens third‑party oversight and supports confident, risk‑informed business decisions.

  ### 4. Highly Dynamic and Adaptable to Our Needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2025

**What do you like best about ProcessUnity TPRM Platform?**

It’s very dynamic and can be easily molded to fit our processes.

**What do you dislike about ProcessUnity TPRM Platform?**

I wish the dashboards were more robust. They're not bad, but they are very basic and limited. I'd like to be able to control multiple visuals with a single filter. More visuals, similar to what is offered in PowerBI, would help. It would be nice if something similar to an Excel pivot table was also possible.

**What problems is ProcessUnity TPRM Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's faster than our old system, and that by itself is huge. We felt very limited in our system with the reporting feature. We would just extract a large data set out and then manipulate it with Excel, or some other tool. We've noticed that we do not have to do that with ProcessUnity. Almost all of our calculations can be done within the reporting tool itself. In some instances, ProcessUnity has actually replaced some of our Excel reports because we can just keep them in the tool and add them to the Workspace of other users. We also have more specific control over our workflows and can make them as dynamic as we need them to be.

  ### 5. Highly Customizable Workflows, however Change Documentation Required

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about ProcessUnity TPRM Platform?**

The greatest benefit to using the ProcessUnity TPRM platform is that it is customizable. One can configure the workflow and checks according to one's own process.

**What do you dislike about ProcessUnity TPRM Platform?**

In the absence of documentation explaining the rationale behind software customizations, a new administrator will lack the context needed to understand existing configurations. This would prevent them from making timely changes, as they must first analyze the system to infer why decisions were made, a time-consuming process that delays progress and increases complexity when modifications are required.

**What problems is ProcessUnity TPRM Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ProcessUnity platform reduces manual effort and speeds workflows, improves visibility and consistency across the third-party ecosystem and allows us to scale with growing vendor volume. We are then able to onboard vendors quicker, shortening cycle times. We also experience less repetitive work and better risk coverage.

  ### 6. A Gold Mine for Document Management and Daily Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about ProcessUnity TPRM Platform?**

The Process Unity Platform keeps all documents organized in a single location, making it very convenient to access logs related to a specific entity. I use Process Unity in a daily basis hence its like a gold mine for me. Updating or replacing documents is straightforward, and a simple login is all you need to retrieve any file. It supports all commonly used formats like Word, Excel, PPT, and PDF, so you can easily access the files you use on a daily basis and helps integrating files of different domains together. The platform is user friendly and takes only a few minutes to understand how to implement the forum and locate the file. If anything goes wrong or is difficult to understand they have their inbuilt help feature and customer care which will be solved within 24 hours.

**What do you dislike about ProcessUnity TPRM Platform?**

I haven't come across anything quite like this so far, but if I do, I'll definitely inform the G2 team.

**What problems is ProcessUnity TPRM Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Initially, I struggled to find a centralized location for storing and accessing documents. However, with Process Unity, this task has become much simpler. Rather than searching through multiple drives and spending time looking for files, I now only need the unique ID of the Study or Case in PU to access all the relevant documents. This feature is especially helpful for the legal and operations teams, as it allows them to easily store and retrieve approval emails, extensive Excel sheets, executed documents, contracts, agreements, and more. So definitely, Process Unity is benefitting me and my team big time.

  ### 7. From chaos to measurable controlird-Party Risk Management at Scale

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2025

**What do you like best about ProcessUnity TPRM Platform?**

ProcessUnity makes third‑party risk management feel manageable at enterprise scale. Its assessment automation, flexible workflows, and strong reporting turn weeks of email ping‑pong into a few clicks. I especially value the questionnaire funktion, conditional logic that tailors questions in real time, and the ability to track findings, due dates, and evidence requests. Dashboards surface inherent vs. residual risk clearly, and the out‑of‑the‑box exports make audit prep far less painful.

**What do you dislike about ProcessUnity TPRM Platform?**

There’s a learning curve for admins and one time users, particularly around advanced workflow rules and field mappings. Bulk updates are powerful but unforgiving if your templates aren’t perfect, and UI performance can dip when you’re running very large reports. None of these are deal‑breakers; they’re the trade‑offs of a very configurable platform.

**What problems is ProcessUnity TPRM Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Scale & standardization: We consolidated disparate spreadsheets and email threads into a single system of record, with versioned evidence and audit trails.
- Cycle‑time reduction: Automated reminders, dynamic scoping, and reusable responses cut assessment turnaround times significantly.
- Transparency & accountability: Real‑time dashboards show risk posture by vendor, category, and control domain; remediation is tracked to closure with clear ownership.
- Regulatory readiness: Consistent documentation and exportable reports simplify internal audits and regulatory inquiries.
- Integration: SSO keeps access clean; integrations to ticketing/Collaboration tools help push tasks to where teams already work.

  ### 8. Highly Customizable Platform with Powerful Reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe S. | Operational Risk Manager Sr., Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2025

**What do you like best about ProcessUnity TPRM Platform?**

The ProcessUnity Platform is very customizable and robust in usage. The reporting capabilities and the usage of dashboards allows for comprehensive views and risk insights.

**What do you dislike about ProcessUnity TPRM Platform?**

The robustness in configuration can be a challenge to issue ongoing change within the platform

**What problems is ProcessUnity TPRM Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ProcessUnity Platform allows for ability to create robust workflows and reporting within those workflows. It creates transparency and oversight of our risk processes.

  ### 9. Highly Configurable TPRM Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2022

**What do you like best about ProcessUnity TPRM Platform?**

A user with the right knowledge of the tool can make ProcessUnity do nearly anything they want. Reports are simple to create and customizable dashboards make it easy for business users to see everything they need in one place. Updates/enhancements are pushed out frequently, including an artificial intelligence tool that makes pulling information out of vendor-provided documentation a breeze.

**What do you dislike about ProcessUnity TPRM Platform?**

While the tool includes some Contract Lifecycle Management capabilities, this has not been a focus for ProcessUnity and CLM functionality is lacking.

**What problems is ProcessUnity TPRM Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ProcessUnity helps us effectively manage vendor risk and satisfies regulatory oversight requirements.

  ### 10. Effortless to Use and Streamlines Daily Tasks

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2025
