What do you like best about ProcessPlan?

Never drop the ball on a client or forget to update a sales page again. Everything in a business is a process, and this tool makes it easy to manage those processes, and more importantly delegate them when you are ready to hand them off to an employee or a VA. My favorite thing about the platform is the automation capabilities behind every task outcome. I wish I would have found this tool years ago when I started building out our internal process. Using Zapier it becomes plug and play with any CRM too - including automagically updating the client record as part of the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProcessPlan?

There is nothing I strongly dislike about the platform, and the support has been great whenever I have run into an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ProcessPlan:

They have great support and training, but like all software companies, they do not build out your process on your behalf. I recommend hiring the implementation out instead of spending days figuring it all out on your own and coming up with best practices. If you do choose to implement on your own, give yourself time to play with it instead of trying to rush through it. You will learn more about its capabilities as there are a ton of hidden features, and have more fun with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
