What do you like best about ProcessMaker?

Well, PM helps us in different departments in our company. We work in a BPO and PM helps in the procurement department, NOC department, and development department. The flow approbation is the module we use the most in the company, and the configuration for this is easy for our developers. We have resolved the process of approvals for managers, directors, and the presidency of the company with the creation of the flows. Likewise, we have achieved that the reports on incidents that the company suffers are mapped and documented in case the failures repeat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProcessMaker?

It is difficult to think about downsides for this product, but probably some downsides are the documentation about the product. The developers sometimes ask about this, and it is difficult to find videos or tutorials on the web. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you are looking for a flow manager for all the departments of your company where bosses, managers, directors, presidents are involved and a digital signature is required, ProcessMaker is the solution!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ProcessMaker solving and how is that benefiting you?

PM resolved the problem about the approbation flow. We developed a flow for C-level approval, and our CIO is happy with this. The manager of procurement, IT, and principals acknowledge the importance of the ProcessMaker application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
