Pipefy assisted in the automation of the company's main processes, including risk analysis, policy issuance including approval by levels. Additionally, the integration with other systems through APIs opened up a range of opportunities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Process?

Simplicity in the execution and modeling of processes, along with an extremely competent and fast support team. I believe that the wide range of options for use in forms is essential. Furthermore, the control of SLAs is very comprehensive! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Process?

The options for modeling and interaction should be greater. Some competitors of Pipefy offer competitive features in addition to lower prices. Finally, the system has shown a lot of instability. What problems is Process solving and how is that benefiting you?
