What do you like best about Procedureflow?

Making procedures in our organization is very complicated for the SDR team. As a manager, I was looking for a platform that can help my team create more accurate and easy to use procedure by taking minimum time.I came to know about ProcedureFlow from a friend. It is one of the best platform for increasing sales development representative's productivity. With ProcedureFlow, my team is now able to focus on providing the best-in-class customer service. The small hyperlink charts has helped them create clear flowcharts. Our entire sales team can now access a single platfrom and assign ownership to one another for the roles. The time to require train SDRs has reduced by 80%. The downloadable manuals are easy with ProcedureFlow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Procedureflow?

Although the ProcedureFlow is a wonderful platform for the SDR team, the user interface is quite complicated. If the navigation flow can be improved, it will be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Procedureflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

With ProcedureFlow, I am mainly trying to help my sales team focus more on providing superior customer service and reduce their time to prepare complex flows.
