## About Procedureflow
Procedureflow transforms complex operating procedures into structured visual workflows that people and AI agents can follow in real time. Teams receive step-by-step guidance in the flow of work, while AI agents access governed, structured knowledge through APIs. Procedureflow integrates with enterprise systems to deliver guidance directly where work happens and provide insights into process adoption, execution, and operational performance. Procedureflow is the AI knowledge infrastructure for guided execution: visual by design, governed by default, and machine-readable from day one. Built for regulated, high-stakes operations across financial services, insurance, utilities, healthcare, government, and retail, Procedureflow helps organizations standardize execution at scale. The result is faster onboarding, audit-ready operations, reduced operational risk, and one governed source of truth for both humans and AI. No more static PDFs, outdated wikis, or hallucinated answers for the work that matters most.

## Procedureflow Reviews
 ### 1. Procedure Flow is a must for any company!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cheryl J. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Procedureflow?**

I think of Procedure Flow as a GPS for ANY company! You can document processes quickly and concisely, and anyone can make updates. I haven't found a product that comes close to Procedure Flow. I changed companies and successfully added Procedure Flow with my new company, and I haven't regretted it. Each company will see different results. At the fist company I was with, we reduced training from 8 weeks to 4 weeks. At my new company, we weren't able to reduce our training time as it was already at 2 weeks, but we decreased talk time and improved customer satisfaction rates tremendously. It's a cost-effective way to provide your employees with documented process steps.

**What do you dislike about Procedureflow?**

I haven't found anything yet, to be honest! Reporting at an agent level is improving all the time. The good thing about Procedure Flow is they take actions on feedback received!

**What problems is Procedureflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Procedure Flow has fixed quite a few holes in our processes. Many processes with gray areas can be quickly addressed using Procedure Flow. Procedure Flow can be used from start to finish (training and as a guide for agents, employees, backoffice, payment group, etc). At my first company we reduced training times from 8 weeks to 4 weeks. At my current company (yes I brought Procedure Flow with me!), we have improved customer satisfaction results and reduced average handle time.

 ### 2. We love Procedure Flow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cherie L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Procedureflow?**

Procedure Flow has been very beneficial to us. It allows team members to quickly locate and walk through the desired process. Prior to Procedure Flow, we used an article-based knowledge base, this took time to sift through what they needed to do to accomplish any given task. Procedure Flow helps provide a better visual on how to step through a process in a more efficient manner.

**What do you dislike about Procedureflow?**

It is more of a technical piece. We work on a number of flows at the same time, testing processes, working with stakeholders, etc. When a flow is complete and ready to go live, you have to make all flows you are working on live at the same time. You do not have the ability to select the flows you want to make live. Having the ability to choose, would be a great enhancement!

**What problems is Procedureflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Procedure Flow is helping retention and confidence with our new hire training. Our processes can be rather complex and having this tool to guide them and allow them to focus on our customers as they are learning has been beneficial.

 ### 3. PF Review - FCC Customer Service Centre

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Renee D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Procedureflow?**

- Ability to map out processes quickly, easily and clearly
- Ability to add icons and images for additional support
- Ability to link existing flows and processes

**What do you dislike about Procedureflow?**

- Must approve any draft changes as one significant change (vs approving one-page change at a time if working on multiple changes)
- Must manually merge all changes into pending change requests (vs the pending change request updating automatically to sync with current changes
- No "date last updated" apparent on the primary page (must view history - Is there possibility of having a date next to this as there is space?)
- No recently accessed flows (think google search history)
- Needing to upload images (unable to quickly copy/paste)

**What problems is Procedureflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ensure processes are complete without gaps, support for training and onboarding (gets them working through processes independently form an early stage), serves as a quality review knowledge database and links policies that are integral to the processes. NOTE - Attempted to upload a screenshot in the next section, however keeps giving me an error.

 ### 4. ProcedureFlow To The Rescue

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul R. | Learning & Development Technologist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Procedureflow?**

ProcedureFlow provided us with an easy path to create easy-to-follow flows for our most complicated processes. ProcedureFlow allows us to focus more on application and soft skills training as opposed to procedural training. This has reduced our training time and most importantly our customer experience agents have the most up-to-date information at their fingertips.

As a SAS application, ProcedureFlow was easily integrated into our highly regulated environment. Last but not least sales and technical support have been fantastic.

ProcedureFlow will positively affect your contact center's new hire and sustaining training initiatives.

**What do you dislike about Procedureflow?**

I have absolutely zero dislikes. The product is evolving with enhancements being released on a quarterly based such as the GUI and reporting structure.

**What problems is Procedureflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our processes are very complicated with many branches. PF provides easy-to-follow flows that reduce mistakes, escalations, and call handle times.

 ### 5. Quite good software!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isha j. | Accountant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Procedureflow?**

ProcedureFlow software must be capable of adapting to the needs of employees in the ever-changing workplace. It helps us to organize our work in a great manner. ProcedureFlow software enables staff members to have 24/7 access to valuable information that can also act as a guide when certain situations arise.

**What do you dislike about Procedureflow?**

The software has performed perfectly thus far. ProcedureFlow is an easy, complete software for keeping track of the things that matter most.

**Recommendations to others considering Procedureflow:**

I highly recommend you to use ProcedureFlow. Because if users know what to do, they will start work immediately without any problems. I suggest you go for it because it's very reliable.

**What problems is Procedureflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To keep things moving along smoothly, we sometimes have to think creatively about processes and where they might break down. It was hard to keep on top of all tasks at once. Using ProcedureFlow, we were able to put a plan into action.

 ### 6. Stuck in a cluster of processes.. Procedure Flow is The Answer

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shwetank D. | Lead Software Engineer - AVP, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Procedureflow?**

The best feature is the Social collaboration wherein we can engage a whole team in offering their suggestions at the same time making the process better through inline feedback. This saves a lot of meeting time that could be used to enhance the process further.

**What do you dislike about Procedureflow?**

The pricing is a bit on the higher side as compared to the newly popped market competitors. There should be a reconsideration in terms of creating price plans that offer better value for money.

**What problems is Procedureflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Too many independent processes are now put under some predefined flows which have not only helped in smoother execution but its way easier to enhance or redact the process as per the business and technological changes that the organization goes through year on year.

 ### 7. The Perfect Tool for Centralizing Information and Creating Work Guides

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David N. | Data Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Procedureflow?**

The best thing about ProcedureFlow is the ease of creating procedure flows, as its name says precisely. It may seem obvious, but this feature helps make the organization seamless between the different parties involved in a project. Thus, all parties share information productively, and development time is reduced.

Also, ProcedureFlow is an intuitive software. With just a few steps, we can map out the detailed procedures to be followed from that moment on.

Real-time updating of the dashboards enhances consistency among all agents working simultaneously.

**What do you dislike about Procedureflow?**

Sometimes, I wish I could download and print the information collected with ProcedureFlow. I would also like to download videos of conferences that have been held, although it's not a feature I use. It would be more convenient to access workflows without always having to access them from the computer.

**Recommendations to others considering Procedureflow:**

I strongly recommend collecting as many processes as possible in ProcedureFlow. Although it might be repetitive in some cases, it decreases the execution time. It is also helpful to know at all times the progress made.

**What problems is Procedureflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use ProcedureFlow to know the status of the projects we are doing. The software helps us simplify the problems and provides solutions in easy-to-follow diagrams.

The training team also uses ProcedureFlow as the primary tool to guide new members. It simplifies the procedure and decreases the number of staff dedicated to it.

 ### 8. The Platform with Greatest Collaboration Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tomas O. | Tech Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Procedureflow?**

ProcedureFlow is excellent for defining workflows. It simplifies task assignments by workstations, so everyone constantly knows what they have to do.

The interface is very user-friendly. We see all the information in an easy-to-read format, and the visual aids just simplify everything. In addition, the information is centralized and distributed in real-tie to everyone involved.

**What do you dislike about Procedureflow?**

There is really nothing I dislike about ProcedureFlow. The only awkward thing about the program is the administration of permissions and controls according to user type. An, maybe, the autosave feature should be a requirement because we work with several people simultaneosuly.

**Recommendations to others considering Procedureflow:**

ProcedureFlow is a very flexible platform. Although its primary use is to assign tasks and track the work done, its approach has other uses.

Also, it is good to take enough time to assign permissions correctly. All tasks will be done faster if you order them according to their priority.

**What problems is Procedureflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it mainly to standardize some processes. This way, the workflow is the same, and there is no stagnation at any time. ProcedureFlow helps me monitor the quality of the processes thanks to the standardization. It is also the tool I use to explain processes to supervisors.

On the other hand, I use ProcedureFlow to train new team members. It is a relatively simple process as all the steps are standardized and recorded. In addition, the training, the training period has been dramatically reduced since we implemented the platform as part of the training.

 ### 9. Create interactive flowcharts and enhace your training processes

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katie S. | Manager Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Procedureflow?**

This software is an excellent tool for defining procedural flows, as his name says. In addition, it helps to simplify the task of separating by jobs, using visual resources. Finally, it is handy for training processes because it offers the new employee the bulk of the information they need in a friendly and easy to assimilate format.

**What do you dislike about Procedureflow?**

I would suggest that the development team check the security management, such as permissions and administrative permissions. For example, I want to configure stricter controls for the roles.

**Recommendations to others considering Procedureflow:**

I think this software is a natural solution that allows making easy the training processes in the company. The training understood as a protocol will be better defined now that we use ProcedureFlow.

**What problems is Procedureflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since ProcedureFlow helps a lot with the training processes, the training time has also become shorter. If a conventional flowchart has always been practical, keep in mind that the ones in this software are also interactive. For example, we can add links within the flowcharts. Those links are beneficial in conveying information to new members of the organization.

 ### 10. Software to organize us

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charles H. | Processes Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Procedureflow?**

This software is easy to use. Everyone on the team has access to ProcedureFlow, so all information is centralized and distributed simultaneously. Its roadmaps are also easy to understand. It always loads all the information quickly.

**What do you dislike about Procedureflow?**

For some employees, it would be more convenient to have the option to print the tasks lists, rather than always having to access the computer. Some people work better with paper and pen.

**Recommendations to others considering Procedureflow:**

Although the routes are clear, you should make a draft on paper, for example. Then, take enough time to organize all the tasks and write them in Procedure carefully.

**What problems is Procedureflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We eliminated the old process of creating graphs and explanations on paper with the software. Now, the workflow is better with clear communication between all parties.

At the same time, we use registration and clarity of information in the training of new employees. We don't have staff dedicated to it exclusively because we don't have that much employee turnover, so the program helps who takes over in those cases.
