What do you like best about Procedureflow?

Making procedures in our organization is very complicated for the SDR team. As a manager, I was looking for a platform that can help my team create more accurate and easy to use procedure by taking minimum time.I came to know about ProcedureFlow from a friend. It is one of the best platform for increasing sales development representative's productivity. With ProcedureFlow, my team is now able to focus on providing the best-in-class customer service. The small hyperlink charts has helped them create clear flowcharts. Our entire sales team can now access a single platfrom and assign ownership to one another for the roles. What do you dislike about Procedureflow?

Although the ProcedureFlow is a wonderful platform for the SDR team, the user interface is quite complicated. If the navigation flow can be improved, it will be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
