What do you like best about Procare Solutions?

It's so easy to use for both administrators as well as parents. But the best thing about Sandbox is the customer service. They have helped me through many things within minutes. I love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Procare Solutions?

I would like more functions relating to a school rather than just a day care. For instance, we have a kindergarten class with required attendance. We also must track a student who is tardy. I would like a choice to do that in Sandbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Procare Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?

Currently I'm waiting for an enhancement to be implemented to change the font color on a report from white to black so it can be seen. I have had so many benefits from customer service, mostly related to billing, payments and refunds. The process is easy once I got assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
