And it's super nice that they can pay their bills through the portal as well. **What do you dislike about Procare Solutions?** Tuition Express frequently fails to post payments to random accounts when a parent pays online. This is a HUGE headache because you must go into the accounts and manually enter the payments and then generate a deposit report. **What problems is Procare Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** Information management, timekeeping, child attendance, financial processes. We have been mostly happy customers and have used Procare for over 15 years. For much of that time, Procare has outshined all other options. We use the Procare desktop every day. Customer Support has improved, and we are seeing quicker responses than before. **What do you dislike about Procare Solutions?** Even with utilizing the training opportunities, the implementation of the Online version has been confusing and rocky. The greatest flaw is the Online and Desktop do not sync or "communicate" on all subjects. We want to try to utilize Procare Online since we have been forced to pay for it. All other platforms are always missing one piece that Procare has. Being able to manage staff, families and accounting all in one place truly makes our job easier. Once learning and understanding the platforms it is very user friendly. There is always down or something always going on or there's always glitches. I think that being able to customize so much and pull so many different reports has been very useful. **What do you dislike about Procare Solutions?** I wish that Procare Online had the ability to print whole "files" for a child, which included the child's daily activities, messages and other options since enrollment. Often times we need to pull all those for different issues/incidents that come up, and it typically involves a lot of time and screenshots. **What problems is Procare Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** Procare covers all the required licensing requirements for documenting and tracking. ### 41. User interface is very easy and the learnign curve to get the software operating effectively is quick. I use the software daily and have no major issues. **What do you dislike about Procare Solutions?** Can't track staff vacation within the software. Reporting and filtering could be more robust. Wish you could pull reports using Tagging.
