I see a particular strength in the integration of the ERP system with adjacent applications and processes. Especially in a mature system landscape, stable, well-manageable interfaces are a decisive factor for me. In terms of performance and stability, I expect a consistently high level from a business-critical ERP system.

In UI/UX, I still see development potential. A modern, intuitive user interface and a convincing user experience are important prerequisites for acceptance and efficient work today.

In terms of pricing and ROI, I consider not only license or project costs. What matters to me is the overall picture of process benefits, integration, operation, support, internal efforts, and long-term development.

Support and onboarding are also central success factors for a comprehensive ERP solution. Good support, knowledge transfer, and a structured introduction help to fully exploit the system's capabilities in everyday work.
