ProactivaNet is a tool that, being so powerful, surprises with its ease of use and management. It allows you to automate many processes and cover almost any issue related to the IT world, both at the ticketing level and in asset and configuration management. What problems is Proactivanet solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows us to discover and manage all IT equipment quickly, easily, and automatically. Additionally, it automatically creates a relational map of all the interconnections of the IT equipment. Regarding the ticketing part, it allows organizing and automating support processes quickly and efficiently, taking into account issues such as suppliers, contracts, SLAs, calendars, and much more.
