What do you like best about pro-Forms?

Pro-Forms is extremely customisable, which makes it easy to adapt to unique and niche requirements. On top of that, the team at Pro-Forms is very helpful when it comes to assessing feasibility and supporting the implementation of any requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about pro-Forms?

I don’t dislike it, but we saw firsthand that when implementing it in a non-standard scenario, it’s important to map out the processes upfront rather than simply creating a setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is pro-Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?

Pro-forms is centralising our service processes from pre-service through to post-service. It integrates with our CRM to provide cross-system visibility, which helps keep Sales and Service connected and aligned. Having forms, an asset database, and work management all within one platform also makes it straightforward to maintain a complete trail for a single item or customer.
