What do you like best about Pro-Forma?

I refer my startup clients to Pro-Forma because of how easy it is to use for such robust data inputs. I like how it covers everything a startup needs to showcase to investors. What do you dislike about Pro-Forma?

If you're completely 100% lost at financial forecasting, it may take a little longer to get used to everything, but once you start and go through the steps, everything begins making sense even for someone who's never created a financial forecast, cap raise and term sheet before. What problems is Pro-Forma solving and how is that benefiting you?

99% of small businesses fail within their first year due to insufficient funds among other reasons. Cash flow and capital are what founders truly need to keep the business going along with many other crucial decisions that deal with operations, and pivoting to the market's demand. Pro-Forma helps founders raise capital confidently, showing a close financial forecast that means something to investors, where investors can take a glance and easily capture what is in it for them. Pro-Forma shows forecasts where founders can make better decisions and manipulate expenses and revenue streams and see how it affects numbers throughout the report.
