The pop up functionality is better than any I've seen! The ability to design and target pop ups is great, as well as the cart saver features and the fact it captures abandoned carts earlier than any other pop up Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like how they haven't integrated fully with Recharge and subscription discounts. The in-Privy discount creation is pretty basic! Also we stopped using email with them because the unsubscribe button wasn't working and we had a lot of annoyed subscribers who kept receiving our emails. They weren't able to resolve this so we moved to Klaviyo Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
