I like how Privy integrates well with Shopify, such as including pop-ups with discount codes and follow-up email sequences. You can also customize campaigns depending on whether a user is known, whether they have seen your campaign already, and more. There's also plenty of options and templates for customizing emails with product links, buttons, menus, and each link within the email automatically tracks the user so you don't need to create any UTM parameters yourself. Privy can look a little clunky in terms of design, and also if people sign up for your newsletter using a Shopify email form, they won't necessarily end up on your Privy subscriber list unless you manually add them using an Excel file. Also, there is no option to save your brand colors within the email customization, so you have to constantly enter the hex code of the colors you want to use. However, this can be avoided by saving an email that you designed as a template. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
