In my role, we are largely working with Channel Partners to bring in deals. As you can imagine this is a give and take type relationship (as most are) which can prove to be a bit difficult when you are working on all whitespace accounts. With TechTarget, I have been able to put accurate lead/account info in front of established partners to help them target their own customers better while also providing new account insight for some of our smaller boutique type customers. I haven't really found anything to complain about.If i had a "nice to have" list I guess I do wish I had a bit more liberty to see my entire territory and accounts that fall into it that may/may not not already be in my CRM.It would be helpful to uncover new accounts. Also a bit more liberty to edit account sets would be nice -- since it is derived from our CRM it has a few duplicate/incorrect accounts (not to TT fault). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
