When I try to log in, I consistently run into an issue where I can’t access the system right away and have to refresh the page and log in again each time. In addition, when I search for an account, the system takes an unusually long time to load, which leads to delays and frustration. Having to repeatedly refresh, along with the slow loading times, significantly affects productivity and makes the overall user experience less efficient, making it harder to complete tasks in a timely manner.

TechTarget Priority Engine significantly improves lead quality by filtering out irrelevant data, reducing noise and helping teams focus on the most promising opportunities. That the system auto fills those research topics with what ever is average for the account. It can be confusing and difficult to pinpoint their specific interests

**What problems is Informa TechTarget Portal (Priority Engine) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing me an extra level of finding prospects. It would be beneficial if Techtarget could directly integrate the different Prospecting tools like outreach or groove, or directly with Salesforce. those integration could be more helpful as currently i dont have a way to bring people into my safeforce without them having a sales navigator LinkedIn profile

Priority Engine has been a game changer for our demand generation strategy. The intent data is incredibly actionable. The integration with our CRM and marketing automation tools is seamless, allowing us to prioritize leads and personalize campaigns at scale. The weekly intent reports are especially helpful for aligning sales and marketing on high-potential accounts.

The UI could be more intuitive, especially when filtering or customizing views.

Nothing in specific stands out other than the ability to export individuals directly into salesforce from Tech Target.

I'm not sure if it is solving any specific problems but rather acting as an additional tool in my prospecting process. I have enjoyed utilizing tech target to gather additional information on key contacts. ,

**What do you like best about Informa TechTarget Portal (Priority Engine)?**

Priority Engine provides my team with the intent data that matters most and offers more than competitive aggregated search platforms.  Working with a highly engaged support team we have learned to understand what prospect priorities are most important and which key stake holders are viewing topics on your site.  Using PE, our sales teams now understand the who, what, when of a project that leads to better engagement and more meaningful connections.

**What do you dislike about Informa TechTarget Portal (Priority Engine)?**

We have had very few negatives with Priority Engine.  I would like to be able to manage our own account sets and see more coverage at the territory level.

**What problems is Informa TechTarget Portal (Priority Engine) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Priority Engine helps us solve the question of specifically who is searching for information on specific topics.  Other solutions only provide one half of the equation with intent data or contact data.  Bringing intent and buyers together is powerful.

**What do you like best about Informa TechTarget Portal (Priority Engine)?**

Tech Target makes it so easy to find the most current, correct contact information for the prospects who are actively researching my product or solution.  What they are searching for, when they are expecting to move forward.  All of the vital information I need to open dialogue with confidence.  The Intent Mail tool generates more email opens than I seen before.  I use it as often as possible!

Not yet able to integrate with the CRM.  However, it is in the works.

The person searching and the product/solution they are searching for.

It gives a consolidate information about interests from an account in one place and helps discover new prospects who might not be on your target list. It also gives contact information making it easy for reach out.

A lot of times information is not refreshed and you might not know if a prospect has gone from the organization or their recent interests.

**What problems is Informa TechTarget Portal (Priority Engine) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Priority Engine helps build sales intelligence by allowing to see what are the areas of interest of your target accounts and prospects within that account. This information can help to know your customer and lead intelligent meaningful discussions tailored to the prospect and hence increase level of engagement. 

Till now the experience has been neutral.

I've found it especially effective for identifying new contacts and tailoring outreach in a way that aligns with what they're already exploring. It helps make outreach more relevant and targeted, which has led to better engagement and stronger conversations.

While it's helpful to get some insight into what a customer might be researching, it can still feel a bit limited or surface-level. Sometimes it's hard to tell how serious their interest is or if the data reflects current priorities versus passive browsing. I've also found that while it can help identify new contacts, the information isn't always complete or actionable, which makes it harder to confidently tailor outreach. It would be more valuable if there were clearer signals of intent or more context around the research activity to better guide engagement strategies.
