What do you like best about Printix?

Easy to configure and manage. Transparent to the user, great support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Printix?

Stronger account reporting features would make it perfect Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Printix solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed to find a way of printing from AAD-joined devices to on-prem print servers that are managed with Papercut. Printix provides the link from desktop to server via the cloud. This has meant that we don't need to pay for Universal Print, saving us money and making the print environment much more stable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In the meantime, if you are using Printix Insights on Power BI, please note a new Power BI Report version 2.0 just came out with a new report including "User - Scan Details". If you are using Analytics today and wish to extract scan details going forward, then please refer to: How to include scan details in data extracts. https://manuals.printix.net/administrator/topic/settings-page-analytics#scandetails
