The biggest thing we love is how easy it is to use, both on the technology side and for the end user. It’s intuitive for end users to find the printer they want and install it without hassle. It’s also straightforward for our tech team to set up printers and roll them out quickly. Customer service has consistently been great and very helpful whenever we’ve needed support.
