The biggest thing we love is how easy it is to use, both on the technology side and for the end user. It’s intuitive for end users to find the printer they want and install it without hassle. It’s also straightforward for our tech team to set up printers and roll them out quickly. Customer service has consistently been great and very helpful whenever we’ve needed support. There really isn’t anything we dislike about it, other than the fact that it isn’t cheap. You do get what you pay for, but it may be priced on the higher end compared with other products in this area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
