Before using Princeton, loads would be tendered over individually and there was way too much paperwork involved. More paperwork is more room for error, so this made it so easy. At first it was intimidating to see but they offered several training courses for us and were always available to help. I also love that I can get a quick glimpse of the last known location of the driver by having MacroPoint integrated. This is my most used software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
