We have multiple business units with different strategies, but the flexibility to configure settings independently allows each to operate as desired in a single environment. It has been extremely beneficial for all of our freight to be in one place as it saves our carrier partners a considerable amount of time. Likewise, our dispatch teams are more efficient in the day-to-day operations compared to our previous system. Our experience has been extremely positive and the system behaves as expected. In a perfect world, we would be able to configure which fields are visible to dispatchers and carriers to only the ones we utilize, but this is not a major issue.
