We currently didn't have any brand monitoring tools in place outside of what we can see in Google. This tool is had seamless integration and helped us keep up with current and new competitors in our market place. It isn't as thorough as some of the others in the market but it helps us show our current position to senior management and track our brand favorability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
