What do you like best about PriceLab?

It's great that there's room for negotiation on minimum stays and that costs can be adjusted seasonally. I won't have to constantly adjust the prices of my properties, and ever since I joined, I've realized I've been underpricing them. An excellent market value eye-opener. The statistics, such as the occupancy rates, are excellent. A wonderful tool overall for the holiday rentals I oversee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PriceLab?

The synching pricing mode is the only one I ever use, and it seems overly intricate and convoluted at times, but I'm sure that if it were simplified, I'd be interested in exploring the other capabilities it provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PriceLab solving and how is that benefiting you?

The basics can be easily implemented in Pricelabs, and the results are seen almost immediately. There is no denying the quality and fairness of the assistance provided. Webinars are regularly held to provide in-depth explanations of the features. To improve financial outcomes, I advocate using pricelabs.
