I really appreciate the intuitive user experience with Pricefx. It excels in quoting and providing real-time prices during customer negotiation, which is fantastic. The software is incredibly intuitive, offering the right analytical data based on past experiences and invoices, aligning perfectly with customer needs. I find the price list generation efficient, and it integrates seamlessly with systems like SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce. The software is SaaS-based and continuously evolving, especially in terms of Gen AI, and offers a proactive analytical view of invoices and discounts. It's also great for keeping the pricing process upstream, dividing the price waterfall for optimization, and aligning with our commercial processes. I believe the product-based configuration is one area where Pricefx needs to evolve. Especially when building a new-to-the-world solution, it should build up its capabilities and be equally performant. Additionally, we faced challenges with the skill set available in the market.
