It's not powerpoint, it entertains audiences, and easily embeds into websites/blogs for post-event review

When other people zoom in too much, it can make the audience feel “travel” sick. It’s worth spending some time with a few tutorials to get the hang of the interface. After that, just keep it simple, stupid.

Watch the tutorials and look at other simple prezis... try not to zoom in and out or move around too much. KISS

The presentations that we need for our business meetings are mostly created through prezi. As this is an online based tool which works for us as an alternate of PowerPoint presentation and has different type of Designing features for making the presentations much engaging for the viewers. It has different type of free templates which ensures that the designs look informative and professional at the same time

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

The software is completely creative and there are lots of animations that can be used in these presentations to make them look more engaging but if these tools are overly used and number of animations increases then it distracts the viewers attention from the main information and shifts it towards transitions only.

**What problems is Prezi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The usability of prezi in our business has also increased because all the presentations and demo that we need to give to our new clients are mostly designed on this platform only, as the tool completely works on cloud so it becomes easy for us to access it from remote areas and showcase our detailed presentations

I think Prezi is a game changer because it keeps constantly improving. In my work area, people are tired of the same old PPT pitch or status, but with Prezi, I can tell stories. I really appreciate its versatility as you can tell a story by sharing data presented in images and also add short videos to keep your audience focused. It allows me to use the app without jumping between apps or windows.

Some browsers might not work as well as others. More documentation is needed for techs, teachers, and users, and more videos should be available in different languages.

I use Prezi for office presentations and it really helps in creating amazing presentations at the workplace. I love how it helps build a detailed image-based presentation with smoother transitions. The slide transitions and image suggestions are features I really like. Prezi's flexibility to edit images as required is great, and its AI capability to suggest the closest image and build graphical representation of the text is quite beneficial. The initial setup was smooth and easy, enabling us to start by uploading Word documents for presentations.

Prezi could use more designs and templates, especially for senior management reviews. Also, the transition options could be expanded since they can become monotonous in long presentations.

I like the ease of use of Prezi and the wide range of design possibilities it offers. The ability to do collaborative work online is something I value greatly. I also find the templates very useful. I found that the initial setup was not complicated and I was able to resolve it in a few minutes. The reasons we decided to switch to Prezi from Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides include having more design possibilities and the ease of working collaboratively.

Let the content adapt better to the template design changes. Do not alter the elements of the slides when changing themes.

I like the designs, and it’s easy to work with overall. The KIModus could be a bit better, though.

With KI Modus, I find it hard to edit the text so it matches my own style. Also, the outcome isn’t clear, and it often doesn’t reflect what I meant.

I used Prezi a long time ago—probably around 10 years ago—and it’s much better now. There are more designs available, and there are more ways to edit and customize presentations.

I use Prezi to make financial reports easy to understand, especially for people with little knowledge about the subject. I really appreciate that Prezi is friendly, easy to use, and provides clarity. Although I had little experience with such tools initially, after some trial and error, I felt comfortable using the app. Transitioning from PowerPoint, Prezi's interface has been a positive experience.

Maybe more options in presentations and simpler presentations since my students often are older or with little education.

Prezi is great for voiceovers and for staying organized. I especially like that I can group topics into subcategories, which makes it easier to structure everything clearly. You can easily copy and paste, insert media, and even audio files. It's easy to share with both internal and external partners.

**What do you dislike about Prezi?**

There aren’t many downsides. I find it easy to work with overall. I do wish there were a translation option, though—our company started using BrainShark for that reason.

Prezi helps us solve our clients’ issues with busy schedules. It lets us create a virtual presentation that’s accessible at any time, and it’s easy to share across an organization or even within a family unit.

"The UI/UX of Prezi based on an infinite canvas completely changes the way of structuring ideas; it works like an interactive mind map where the zoom and drag/drop interface allows you to dictate the pace of the presentation very naturally. As for performance, the software responds very well during live presentations; the three-dimensional transitions are fluid and the loading time of visual and vector elements is fast, ensuring that navigation does not freeze and keeps the audience engaged."

As for Support / Onboarding, it is well-structured with clear tutorials, but the platform still requires a steep learning curve and a mindset shift for new users to learn to master spatial thinking and visual hierarchy without cluttering the presentation."

Perhaps the learning curve and real-time collaboration are not so good. In learning, spatial thinking versus linear, as happens in other slides, can be a challenge. In collaboration, the weight and performance in the browser, the version history that is not practical, the blocking of elements, and some confusing screens are aspects that can be improved.

It just does the job automatically, and it’s very intuitive to use. I love the way you have the entire picture of a presentation and you can zoom in and out of sections from the same presentation.

It has a windows app for easier use and the pricing is fair. You get some fre AI credits which are enough if you use them well.

The interface seems a little bit unpolished but in some regards it helps cause it's not overcomplicated and it makes it easier to use.

Prezi is a business presentation tool that is an alternate of PowerPoint presentation. As earlier we used to work on PowerPoint for showing our business plans through different slides but after installing prezi in our business all of data can be zoom in and zoom out in a white board and also can be shown together in a single page without multiple slides

Prezi is mainly great for real time presentations as you have lot of writing tools available on it's board so that you can display all the data through by it's whiteboard by using different type of markers but if your presentation is only data driven and has lots of different data on it then you might have to choose PowerPoint presentation only instead of prezi

We mainly use Prezi in different type of sales pitches and also for conducting marketing meetings and showing details of campaigns we use this platform during team meetings. So, that details can be shared with the team leaders and we all can work on the different issues together

The desktop app tends to use a lot of system resources when working with larger training canvases, particularly if you incorporate high-resolution media or complex animations. As a result, optimizing performance becomes an ongoing part of the process. 
There is also a noticeable learning curve as well. Creating effective training content requires time to master aspects like pacing, zoom levels, and strategies to prevent motion fatigue, all while taking advantage of the platform’s dynamic features. Without careful attention to these details, a training deck may end up looking visually impressive but lacking in instructional value.
