I find Prevue Assessments easy to use and set up. It's great for adding custom assessments, and it strikes the right balance of simplicity and powerful features. The cognitive test is particularly useful for determining their abilities to learn and solve problems. The assessments help us determine the type of people we're trying to hire, their level of seniority and experience, and if they fit well into our culture. I find it a bit tricky that the color system used in Prevue Assessments to categorize applicants is not clear and requires remembering what each color represents. Also, I would like more flexibility in customizing various categories with the people . It would help if we could better categorize where and at what experience they have - e.g.. Cloud, Consulting , LOB, Experience, etc. This would make it easier to track and revisit candidates for future positions if they weren't hired initially but could be a good fit for a later role.
