"Working with Presidio in ServiceNow"

5/5

What do you like best about Presidio?

They are very easy to work with and they can understand our companies needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Presidio?

As of right now I have not found anything that I dislike about Presidio. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Presidio:

They are able to meet whatever needs you have, even if they can not do it in house. They will get a 3rd party company to help, but Presidio is still deeply involved in all of the work that is happening and have complete ownership if something goes wrong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Presidio solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are very short staffed as in I am the only person working in our ServiceNow environment. Presidio has brought in a team of people to assist me in configuring and setting up ServiceNow with AI, ITOM, SPM, and a few others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
