What do you like best about Preflight?

What I like best is that it accurately records a session, shows it in a user-friendly display and provides easy ways to put checkpoints in place. Plus, it allows dynamic data inputs which are reusable and can also be validated. So these really help especially for a non-coder like me, letting me save time! What do you dislike about Preflight?

I don't dislike anything particularly but I think there can be improvements. Like the email testing feature, I like this but I believe it can do better in terms of smooth capability on grabbing data from the email. Also, the ability to set specific date and time for scheduled test runs would be nice. But overall, there is more to like about Preflight! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Preflight solving and how is that benefiting you?

Whenever there is a new deployment, this requires testing not just on the new/revamped feature/function but also on the existing features/functions that may be impacted by the deployment. In this case, testing can take a lot of time if done manually. With the use of Preflight, this helps to ensure that all features/functions are still working as expected every after deployment or whenever it is necessary, and because it is automated, this saves plenty of time for testers like me and eliminates the chance of human errors in testing.
