What do you like best about Prefixbox?

The AI-powered search works exceptionally well; filtering options are almost endless, and the customer support team is always responsive and helpful. The AI chat agent has significantly reduced our customer support workload. Great price too, compared to competitors. Does not slow the website at all; integration was done by the onboarding team, so no hassle there and the mobile interface is easy to navigate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prefixbox?

The only minor inconvenience is having to manually submit changes when you need them to go live immediately. We understand this is due to how Prefixbox integrates with the website and theme, and the platform also performs automatic submissions several times a day, so it's rarely an issue. What problems is Prefixbox solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our biggest challenge was helping customers quickly find the correct computer parts and upgrades for their specific devices. Prefixbox has solved this exceptionally well with its powerful filtering system and highly accurate AI-powered search. Customers are now much more likely to find compatible products on the first attempt, which has improved their shopping experience and reduced the number of support enquiries we receive.
