What do you dislike about Predictive Dialer & Voice Broadcast Dialer?

there was not much to dislike.........the on hold music was very repetitive but they just added live streams so that I nice. The new html5 is faster than they Ignore flash they use to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Predictive Dialer & Voice Broadcast Dialer:

Easy to use and setup. I like the fact i can chage the speed, caller id, and almost antying else in real time..I can even listen and coache my employees right from the dialer. the support staff is their for me any time i need them and live chat is almost always available. I dont need to call there office much as most of the billing, and functionaliyt of the dialer is automated. I have recomended this product to many of my business colleges. If you want to improver your busienss try them they offer FREE TRIALS and dont even need a Credit Card for the trial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
