What do you like best about Praxedo?

It’s easy to use, and it keeps records and information about assets, along with documentation of the work done at sites and clear visuals of each technician’s workload. The workload view can be displayed by day, week, or month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Praxedo?

I’m part of the team that introduced this app to the company, so I’m really happy with what we’ve been working on and how smooth the transition has been. I don’t have anything I dislike about it—overall, it’s a great app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Praxedo solving and how is that benefiting you?

This app helps me track service calls and handle scheduling without losing information. I also have better control over who has which accounts and what types of work they can do (service, maintenance, installations, etc.). It keeps track of the workload per technician, and it’s easier to store documentation, pictures, and asset data within each work order. We went from paper-based processes to this app, and I’m loving it. Overall, it’s much easier to stay on top of our services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
