What do you like best about Praisidio?

Praisidio has renovated the way I work with data.

I come from an academic background at a research university, and still recall calculating descriptives and manipulating large datasets in old-school statistical tools like R and SPSS. I've recently transitioned to HR Analytics—but analytics still apply, because a dataset is still a dataset! So, speaking about Praisidio from a data science and quantitative perspective: using it as a tool in my analytics has completely reworked the ease with which I manipulate data. The ease and time saved in quickly cleaning, filtering, modifying fields, correlating points, visualizing trends, and creating custom calculations have all exceeded expectations. What do you dislike about Praisidio?

Any hiccups I experience, the Praisidio support team are very quick to investigate and correct.

What problems is Praisidio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Analyses on historical point-in-time data are invaluable, and once metrics are set up in a dashboard, the ability to provide live, real-time data daily is equally astounding. Praisidio's current abilities meet all my HR analytics needs, and each day the team is striving to implement more and better features.
