What do you like best about PracticePerfect?

The customization available for the schedule has been better than any other system we have used in the past. The ease of billing is handy and quick. The counting of the units used is also extremely helpful for contract therapists to keep track of their available units. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PracticePerfect?

The only thing I can say I dislike is that you cannot pull up two providers schedules only. It is either one of the providers or all of them. This would be helpful to schedule OT and ST together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PracticePerfect solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have used it to keep track of PAs and help ease scheduling. We also just started using Wiredclient through Practice Perfect and that makes communication with patients extremely easy.
