## Practice Fusion Reviews
  ### 1. User-Friendly for Providers With Smooth Tebra Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katherine O. | Biller, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Practice Fusion?**

My providers find it very user-friendly, and they appreciate that it integrates with Tebra.

**What do you dislike about Practice Fusion?**

As a biller, I don’t think it’s the best option for sending out insurance billing, but it can work better when billing patients directly.

**What problems is Practice Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, my providers find it easier to use for entering their notes and managing their schedules. It’s also quicker for them to work with day to day. They definitely feel they get their monies' worth with an easy to use program

  ### 2. Patient care CRM

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cid M. | Sales Manager, Outsourcing/Offshoring, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Practice Fusion?**

Searching a patient's chart is easy with several alternatives for searching. The tools panel, located in one place, makes navigating easy. It's great, does not require heavy use us data to use, making it fast with minimal lag.

**What do you dislike about Practice Fusion?**

Navigating the calendar can be challenging, as well as updating the calendar and rescheduling is not as simple as it should be, and the ads and constant notifications are not great.

**What problems is Practice Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having all patients' charts in digital format, including necessary documentation and billing all in one place.

  ### 3. All what you need for your medical practice

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gustavo P. | Provider Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Practice Fusion?**

One of the things that I prefer from Practice Fusion is to have everything organized and very clear in everything. Is very easy to use and to understand.

**What do you dislike about Practice Fusion?**

From time to time the software goes down, and in the middle of the rush when this infrequently issue happens it can create struggles for a short period. Hopefully, customer support is always looking to improve on this matter.

**What problems is Practice Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When you have several locations and so many specialists is way easier to jump from one location and/or specialists you would like to work on, checking the calendar is so easier to track the schedule. That makes the practice easy to handle and manage.

  ### 4. Trouble canceling Practice fusion

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julius W. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Practice Fusion?**

Electronic prescribing is the most useful thing about Practice fusion

**What do you dislike about Practice Fusion?**

Can't cancel the service. I've been using Practice fusion since 2016 and then they started charging $99 a month that I went to $149 a month then I was pressured into a subscription plan minimum one year because it would've been impossible to wrap up all the Practice notes and insurance claims within a few weeks.
I have recently closed my practice completely for health reasons and could not cancel the service. I have to put in a special request for early subscription cancellation subscription that I did not want and was pressured into

**What problems is Practice Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I solves the problem of electronic prescribing and medical records storage

  ### 5. Very reliable, detailed and easy to use. Transcribing is easy and making superbill.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lourence Joy G. | Appointment Scheduler, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2022

**What do you like best about Practice Fusion?**

It's the new version of it. It's very easy use when making notes nothing to worry about the prescription. It's all listed on the left side. No hassle.

**What do you dislike about Practice Fusion?**

Actually there's nothing to mention about. All good. Maybe, at least make another pinned note available for new pinned note and make sure to resize it to a little more to have space.

**What problems is Practice Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's happening on the pld version of it when it comes to making a notes and specially when it's regarding calling in refills. I found it hard to go back to summary home page to do copy and paste. But after having new version, it's very time saving. We can just see the med list on the left without leaving the notes.

  ### 6. Easy and intuitive software, especially for a private practice

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Practice | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2022

**What do you like best about Practice Fusion?**

The interface was easy to use. We were able to make appointments. Have the schedule and visit reason as well as reference demographic info for the patient. We were also able bill office visits.

**What do you dislike about Practice Fusion?**

I know for some of the older workers it took some getting used to, it had many features some of my coworkers weren't able to fully utilize. So I felt like it wasn't used to it's full potential.

**What problems is Practice Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We originally had to use multiple systems and it was nice to have this streamlined into one system, especially after it was implemented in Dr. offices with multiple office sites.

  ### 7. Easy to use, low cost, cloud-based EHR

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff W. | Financial Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Practice Fusion?**

Practice Fusion is low cost (~$120/month). It is very intuitive and easy to use. I was able to easily make personalized templates that made documenting office visits or televisits quick and thorough. Just like with any EHR, there is a learning curve at first, but the learning curve with Practice Fusions was faster than any other EHR I have used. I have been completely satisfied with the product since I started using it 5 years ago.

I strongly recommend adding Updox to the EHR. It allows for online consent forms to be reviewed and signed by patients and saved to the charts, as well as faxing and a streamlined televisit format.

**What do you dislike about Practice Fusion?**

The interoffice communication functionality needs to be improved. It's somewhat difficult to send my nurses messages.

**What problems is Practice Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Portable, fast ability to schedule office visits and document encounters. The price is reasonable.

  ### 8. RECOMMNEDING PRACTICE FUSION

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mental Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Practice Fusion?**

PF IS EASY TO WORK INSIDE THE EHR, NOW IS FASTER AND VERY WELL INTEGRATED TO OTHER PLATFORMS TO IMPORT MEDICAL RECORDS TO PATIENTS CHARTS

**What do you dislike about Practice Fusion?**

I DO NOT LIKE THAT PRACTICE FUSION DOES NOT HAVE FULL INTEGRATION WITH ALL OTHER PORTALS

**Recommendations to others considering Practice Fusion:**

I RECOMMEND THE USE OF PRACTICE FUSION MAINLY FOR SMALL PRACTICES.

**What problems is Practice Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I CAN REDUCE THE USE OF PAPERWORK, PTS CAN HACE ACCESS TO THERI MAIN MEDICAL RECORDS, THERE ARE WAYS TO COMMUNICATE ELECTRONICALLY WITH PTS AND OTHER PROVIDERS

  ### 9. It is a great system very easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gobinder C. | Office Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2022

**What do you like best about Practice Fusion?**

That templates can be created according to our needs

**What do you dislike about Practice Fusion?**

Adding prescriptions is slow since you must add one and then go in again.

**What problems is Practice Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mips calculator at the end of the year, scheduling and keeping appointments nice and clear

  ### 10. 7 years experience in Health Care IT

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What problems is Practice Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is the perfect application to help medical users to perform their day-to-day operations very smoothly
