After using Practice Better for several years, I have come to appreciate even more how much of my practice can be managed in one place. I especially value being able to create individualized protocols, securely share forms, lab results, and educational resources, communicate with clients, schedule appointments, process payments, and keep charting organized. The client portal also gives clients a convenient place to revisit their recommendations and next steps. I continue to appreciate Practice Better’s educational webinars and support resources, as well as the ongoing platform improvements and customization options that allow the system to evolve with my practice. Because Practice Better offers so many features, the learning curve can still feel significant—even for an experienced user. Some of the more advanced tools and settings are not always intuitive to find or configure. More guided, step-by-step onboarding, clearer in-app explanations of how different features work together, and fewer clicks for commonly repeated tasks would be helpful. The educational resources are excellent, but it can still take considerable time to determine which features are most relevant and how to incorporate them efficiently into an established practice.
