I really appreciate how PR Newswire is intuitive and very easy to use from a user interface perspective. The customer support has been excellent, helping us to find the right account and ensuring it's financially viable while using their toolkit effectively. I am thrilled with the performance, as our first press release received over a million views and more than 400 pickups, something we couldn't achieve on our own. I find that uploading press releases, making tweaks, adding images, and choosing distribution options are very easy, intuitive, and effective, making the tool more cost-effective.
