PPM Express was very easy to get started with basic functionality. Having moved from a more traditional PPM application, the implementation and integration with the existing Azure DevOps boards we were using was very quick. When we changed our structures within Azure DevOps, it was equally easy to adapt the integrations. PPM Express support was helpful and their trainers guided us along the way as needed. The support staff is generally helpful, but there seems to be the occasional delay when an inquiry is made and further troubleshooting takes place. The support process typically requires communicating through the website chat, rather than the ability to easily open a ticket for further research.

The project budget module is evolving, but it would be helpful to associate files such as receipts, notes and records with budget line items and entries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
