What do you like best about PPLIO?

It’s simple and easy to understand—nothing complicated. It quietly does its job and has helped us get a full 360-degree view from the employee perspective, which in turn has helped us increase our productivity significantly.

What problems is PPLIO solving and how is that benefiting you?

We struggled to capture a true picture of employee engagement, and we found it really hard to reflect their real performance in performance reviews and clearly identify areas for improvement.
