I have used the built in templates and other built in features and they work seamlessly. I have used the AI components and the work very well somethings need slight modification but overall they work so well. This is a reliable platform that performance on any device and any browser. It is so easy to integrate into my presentations. **What do you dislike about Powtoon?** I don't dislike anything about Powtoon. The user experience is better than most, it integrates into other presentation software, the performance is so reliable, it is beyond reasonable for price, if you have any questions the support is wonderful and fast, the AI integration is such a nice feature. **What problems is Powtoon solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is so nice to be able to put video on various timelines and edit. ### 2. I particularly liked the AI-powered features, including the AI voice-over tools, templates, avatars, and automated video creation options, which make content production much faster compared to traditional editing software. Now they removed it. This will definitely make me consider other options in time, especially because my courses and videos have to be in compliance with WCAG. 2-personalization and limited character appearance: I'm working with communities that need to see videos that could be relatable to their ethnic and identity. Characters cannot be as customized with those characteristics unfortunately. For instance, I don't see many characters with a clear gender-neutral appearance, just to name an example. **What problems is Powtoon solving and how is that benefiting you?** Powtoon helps me show real world issues and present solutions with thought-provoking questions. Came across Powtoon for its text to speech feature which is now so good its hard to tell it is AI most of the time. It runs smoothly and the new full timeline view is great! the support is great and they come back quickly to any support request. I have used it for a variety of videos from training to social media, to presentations to creating GIFs, it does so much and for a reasonable cost compared to others. **What do you dislike about Powtoon?** The fact you had to scroll the timeline but they have just fixed this with a global view. I do wish it had a feature for the elements added to the slide so you can reorder where it sits from front to back as currently its a blind press of forward or back on the arrange setting to get it where you want it, but this is a minor issue that only occurs on animations i am doing a lot on. **What problems is Powtoon solving and how is that benefiting you?** We first starting using it for our training videos, as explaining our solutions can sometimes become quite complicated so the ability to combine video and animations with a text to speech voice over was the solution we were looking for. We have completed those training videos but continue to use powtoon for a range of videos, presentations across the business as it really is useful and well worth the cost. ### 5. I appreciate how it creates really good, professional-looking videos, making my clients think I've spent a long time on them when I've just used the awesome drag-and-drop editor. The prebuilt templates are incredibly valuable, allowing me to pick one, make a few changes, and show it to my client. It's perfect and makes a great marketing tool for anyone, whether you're a solo person like me or a big business. I also find the animations easy to use, and setting up Powtoon was super simple, even for beginners. I highly recommend it because it offers such great polished results effortlessly. **What do you dislike about Powtoon?** I think they could probably do more prebuilt templates, to be honest. I use some other competitors as well. And I think they have a little bit better selection of prebuilt templates, but that's, you know, that's my only thing that I think could be improved. **What problems is Powtoon solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Powtoon for creating nice-looking videos for my clients. As a professional video editor, I also find the editing side a bit challenging because the controls and tools feel limited. Because of that, I often export the project and finish it in a separate video editor for finalization.
