Timeline is easy to use, Pricing is reasonable, The support with any questions or issues is top notch. I have used the built in templates and other built in features and they work seamlessly. I have used the AI components and the work very well somethings need slight modification but overall they work so well. This is a reliable platform that performance on any device and any browser. I don't dislike anything about Powtoon. The user experience is better than most, it integrates into other presentation software, the performance is so reliable, it is beyond reasonable for price, if you have any questions the support is wonderful and fast, the AI integration is such a nice feature.
