What do you like best about PowerSchool Perform?

The ability to move our paper evaluation system to the PowerSchool Unified Talent Perform platform streamlines the entire review process. It is easy for end-users to review, comment and sign their yearly evaluation or probationary period review. The system makes these reviews available for future reference where in the past an employee would need to maintain their own hard copy or contact Human Resources to view their file. What do you dislike about PowerSchool Perform?

What problems is PowerSchool Perform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Going paperless and moving our evaluation system to this platform solves several issues. The system will notify users that they have tasks to complete and walk them through the checklist. Users can view their supervisor's comments, respond to comments and digitally sign the evaluation form. The form is then stored in the system for future reference. The system also allows the attachment of files and artifacts if there is a need to record such items. It is easy to access and review any documents awaiting your signature from the signatures icon in the navigation pane. This system not only streamlines the entire evaluation process, it helps reduce paper which supports our district's sustainability process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
