Perform makes it easy to group and setup managers/supervisors for subsets of employees with ease. It also integrates into eFP and the data exchange setup is relatively easy. Users for the most part seem to be able to jump right into it making the software easy to use. Setup of the software was also very easy, however we already have other TalentED software in use such as records, which ties into each other. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Support is lacking especially when there is an issue between Perform and eFP. Some users have experienced issues with copy and pasting as they write their reviews outside the system and then paste them in once they're done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
