The ability to a have library of documents that can be deployed to employees and have them digitally fill out the documents and then send them back. It makes sending and collecting important yearly documents a breeze. It also allows us to keep track of who did not complete the documents and keep up to date information between our integrated systems. We have been using the software for just under a year and have not really experienced anything we truly dislike about the software. It has made HR processes much easier and it is one of the best PS software systems they have in my opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
