Our business has been using this product for quite sometime now. Main highlight is their customer support. Over the years, we've had issues with application use, new installation etc. and they have responded quickly to all the queries. They even connected remotely and walked me through error resolution in their visual planner product, which we use for Power BI dashboard developing and reporting, even when we were on different time zones.
