What do you like best about Potis AI?

Very interesting approach to screening candidates. Sometimes you want to check how a candidate will behave in real situations. Potis allows you to simulate them and test the candidate's skills on tasks similar to real ones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Potis AI?

I would like to solve the screening task completely, for this purpose the function of checking candidate referents is missing. I hope they will add it in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Potis AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a medium sized company, but sometimes we too have limited recruiting resources. Sometimes more than a hundred candidates respond to our vacancies, and as a hiring manager I need to understand which of them to interview, who will show the best results in the future.
