The service is reliable and quick. I also loved the option to digitally archive images of the items sent for future reference, without creating clutter in the office or a visit to the scanner myself.
When I used to work at a coworking space, we used to open and scan peoples' mail for them upon request. It was a huge hassle, not to mention a liability- but we had so many requests for the service, that we felt obligated to offer it. Once we learned about PostScan Mail, we stopped and would instead refer this service. It saved our front desk staff a lot of time and our clients were generally happy to have a recommended option. I'm not sure how the pricing compares to other services but it did increase in recent years. I would also say that their app is not GREAT- truthfully it's not too bad, but I tended to use the web version for a better experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
