The batch API is exactly what we needed. We build the recipient list server-side, fire the request, and get status callbacks via webhook. The API design is consistent throughout once you understand how one resource works, the rest behave the same way. Template rendering for complex multi-page documents can paginate slightly differently than our local preview. Minor, but when page breaks matter legally, you have to test thoroughly in the sandbox.
