"Streamlined Our Social Media Scheduling Efficiently"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Postcron?

What I value most with Postcron is its bulk‑scheduling function paired with its easy‑to‑read calendar view. Working in local broadcast, we line up social posts to run alongside on‑air ad spots and event promotions, and this tool lets me queue up an entire client campaign all in one go. For our local grocery‑store advertiser, I scheduled two weeks of social reminders perfectly timed to match their radio ad air‑dates. I also really like the built‑in comment feature for team collaboration. Our sales staff can add sponsor‑related notes right on scheduled posts, so we avoid endless back‑and‑forth email threads between sales and production. We’re a lean broadcast outfit with no in‑house IT, so the clean dashboard is intuitive for everyone on the team. It keeps our posting schedule consistent, prevents last‑minute publishing scrambles, and holds everything together when live‑radio emergencies pop up out of nowhere. What do you dislike about Postcron?

My biggest pain points are the lack of broadcast‑focused reporting and poor handling for short‑form radio‑audio snippets. There is no way natively to tie social‑media performance data directly to our radio ad broadcast logs. During our big summer local‑festival campaign, we wanted to measure whether our scheduled social posts drove more tune‑ins to our live stream, but Postcron could not link those two datasets together at all. Uploading our short radio ad teasers also creates frequent headaches; many audio files hit upload errors and require extra manual re‑encoding. Since we don’t have dedicated IT staff, we cannot build custom integrations to bridge these gaps. We are forced to manually export raw reports and troubleshoot file issues on our own, which pulls time away from live‑show prep and advertiser campaign deliverables. It would be fantastic to get broadcast‑oriented report templates and improved audio‑file support in future updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
