What do you like best about Postalytics?

The best thing about the platform is that it solved a mailing issue that I was having which was expensive and time-consuming. The integration with the CRM was the ease of use and implementation that I was looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Postalytics?

The functionality of the product is excellent, yet I find that I have trouble recognizing some of the campaigns I have created. I am not on the platform every day, and once I find the right place to be, then I have no issues. Relatively speaking, super minor issue on my part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Postalytics solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was exporting lists of contacts, conducting a mail merge, printing and preparing the mailers, and then going to the post office to buy postage. This solution has allowed me to draft my letter, and through an integration, add a tag to my contacts in my CRM, which adds them to a particular campaign, and the mailer is prepped and sent to them, along with unique tracking IDs per piece. So I can measure my ROI better than I could even imagine using mail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
