Our company spent a lot of time looking for a direct mailing company. The most important feature we were looking for was the ability to track QR code scans. Postalytics is one of the only companies that offers this feature. The data we are able to get is invaluable when it comes to our marketing! Their prices are very competitive and the quality of their printing is superb. The support team is very helpful with whatever you need. Sometimes the website runs slow and lags. Occasionally I will run into issues when trying to delete assets or campaigns. Having the ability to search lists by address would be a nice feature. The internal template design system is subpar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
