What do you like best about Postal by Sendoso?

There are so many different gifts and ways for us to surprise and delight customers. It's been a great added tool for me to increase our customized customer support and reinforce positive wins without having to worry about the manual act of mailing things myself. What do you dislike about Postal by Sendoso?

Generally, I've really liked Postal. Occasionally there I wish for more low dollar amount items (specifically certain brands of Gift Cards), but find that there is always a range to choose from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Postal by Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted more ways to provide exceptional customer service beyond just meetings and e-mails. The problem of "how to build relationships" in a largely digital software world, especially when we don't want to inconvenience customers with additional in person requirements, has largely been solved with avenues for gifting and direct mail. Having ways to automate aspects of it has given me more time to dedicate to problem solving and connecting with customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
